Recording Fees

Effective September 1, 2014

Note: Every document filed for recordation shall be captioned as to type of act on the first page and shall have on the first page a margin of 2 inches at the top and 1 inch at the bottom and sides. The type size shall not be smaller than 8 point. Any document not in compliance will be charged an additional $10 non-compliance fee.


The following is a list of fees for recording various documents. The quoted fee is for recording only. Certified copies are an additional $5 each and conformed copies are $3 each. Add $5 Indexing per name after the first name
