Applications must be received before 4:00 p.m.

The Clerk of Court is an acceptance agent for Passport Services. Applications for new passports, renewals and amendments may be obtained from our office. New passports must be processed by the Clerk of Court or the Passport Agency. Renewals may be completed and mailed by the applicant.

U.S. Passport Book for First Time Applicants:  Passport fee for new applicants 16 years of age or older is $110.00 plus a $25.00 processing fee. The $110.00 fee must be check or money order payable to U.S. Department of State. The $25.00 fee can be cash or check payable to Clerk of Court. For applicants under age 16, the passport fee is $80.00 plus the processing fee of $25.00.

U.S. Passport Card for First Time Applicants:  Passport fee for new applicants 16 years of age or older is $30.00 plus a $25.00 processing fee. The $30.00 fee must be check or money order payable to U.S. Department of State. The $25.00 fee can be cash or check payable to Clerk of Court.   For applicants under age 16, the passport fee is $15.00 plus the processing fee of $25.00.

A certified copy of applicant's birth certificate, valid driver's license and one passport photo is required to process the application.

All persons applying for a passport (including infants) must be present during the application process.
