We have offices located in both Donaldsonville and Gonzales for your convenience. Our main office is located at the Courthouse in Donaldsonville and our satellite office in Gonzales is located across the street from the Courthouse. Our Minute Clerk & Criminal Department is located in the Courthouse complex in Gonzales.

All of our offices are equipped with public access computers that will enable you to access general information for specific conveyances, mortgages, civil, criminal and traffic records. All of the original records are located in Donaldsonville. We have a substantial number of documents and pleadings that have been scanned. These documents may be viewed and printed using the public access computers at a cost of 50 cents per page. It is recommended that extensive research be conducted in the Donaldsonville office where entire documents may be viewed.
